The Dover Pumpkin Stroll is a community celebration that transforms the Joe B. Parks Riverwalk Public Garden into a glowing fall experience filled with hundreds of carved pumpkins. Held in downtown Dover each October, the event invites residents and visitors to wander through the garden after dark and enjoy a creative display built by the community itself.
