I focus on fundraising and creating amazing events that build lasting memories for everyone involved
Stephanie Bolduc has spent much of her life doing what she loves most: volunteering. A firm believer that strong communities are built by people who are willing to give their time and talents, she has dedicated decades to supporting nonprofit organizations, community events, schools, and local initiatives throughout the Seacoast. Whether organizing a large public celebration or quietly helping behind the scenes, Stephanie is happiest when she is bringing people together and making a positive impact.
Professionally, Stephanie managed her family's business, TKO Printing in Rochester, where she developed extensive experience in customer service, project coordination, and helping organizations bring their ideas to life. She has also served in volunteer and staff roles with Saint Mary Academy and St. Thomas Aquinas, continuing her passion for supporting schools, families, and the broader community.
Stephanie's volunteer journey began with organizations such as the Rochester Chamber of Commerce, the Rochester Opera House, and Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she formed a lifelong connection with her "Little Sister," who became part of her extended family. As a member of the Rochester Jaycees, she discovered her love for community event planning while leading projects such as the city's annual fireworks celebration and launching A Children's Christmas, a program that provided gifts and essential items to families in need. Those experiences shaped her lifelong commitment to community service and inspired decades of continued involvement.
Since making Dover her home more than two decades ago, Stephanie has become deeply involved in many of the organizations that help make the city such a special place. Her volunteer service has included the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, Dover Baseball, Dover Softball, Garrison City Football Club, Saint Mary Academy, St. Thomas Aquinas, the Light Up Dover Initiative, and the Dover 400 celebration, where she served as a board member and chaired both the Block Party and Parade.
As a board member of Communitively, Stephanie is excited to help strengthen Dover by supporting local businesses, creating memorable community events, and helping tell the stories that make the city unique. She believes every business owner, volunteer, and community organization plays an important role in making Dover the welcoming and vibrant place it is today, and she is proud to be part of a team working to help the community continue to thrive.
Volunteering has given me so much over the years—friendships, purpose, and unforgettable experiences. Being able to give some of that back while helping Dover shine is truly one of the greatest rewards.
