Carrie Vaughn

Carrie Vaughn brings more than two decades of experience in marketing, nonprofit leadership, event coordination, graphic design, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked with businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to tell their stories, build stronger connections, and create experiences that leave a lasting impact. Her passion for collaboration and service has made her a familiar and respected presence throughout the Seacoast region.

Currently serving as Property Operations Coordinator and Marketing & Special Projects Manager at Winsor Brook Property Advisors, Carrie utilizes her expertise in communications, project management, and marketing strategy to support both business growth and client relationships. Her professional background also includes leadership positions with Dover Main Street, the Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce, and Portsmouth Sign Company, where she helped local businesses strengthen their visibility, connect with customers, and grow their reach through thoughtful marketing and creative design.

Carrie has long believed that strong communities are built by people willing to contribute their time, talents, and energy for the benefit of others. Over the years, she has volunteered with numerous nonprofit organizations and community groups, including SEED, local school PTAs, and currently serves as Chair of the Marketing Committee for Whispering Branches. Her experience working alongside volunteers, business owners, and community leaders has reinforced her belief that meaningful change happens when people work together toward a common goal.

As a member of Communitively, Carrie is excited to support initiatives that celebrate local businesses, strengthen community connections, and create memorable experiences throughout Dover. Whether she is helping organize an event, developing a marketing campaign, creating promotional materials, or simply helping spread the word, she is passionate about contributing to projects that make a positive and lasting impact on the community.

Carrie believes that some of the most important work happens behind the scenes, driven by people who care deeply about their community and are willing to lend a hand without seeking recognition.
